EAT, SLEEP, PLAY, REPEAT…..

EAT, SLEEP, PLAY, REPEAT…..
Hello Pairents… How have you all been….
Though connected through pictures and posts, writing was something I missed a lot.  Finally, I have managed to get some time to pen down a few thoughts.  Work and family has kept me quiet occupied and hence I have had days of just crashing off 😄.
But wow, that good sleep after an exhausted day!

That brings me to the thought I would like to share with you all, something that I learnt from my experience and of course also shared by some experienced people around me.
Kids need to vent out their energy for a healthy mind and body. They need to engage in activities that let them use their reserved energy (trust me,   this  energy is dangerous if stored for us 😂) .
They need to be engaged throughtout the day to keep themselves calm and peaceful.
With my elder one,  I have seen it quite well and I am  sure, few amongst you experienced Pairents must have felt it too.  The moment your kid has had an engaging and an energy consuming day, they have been less cranky and smiling throughout. This is because there is no piling up of any energy making it difficult to be taken care of and unknowingly feeling restless and irritated because of it.
Cases in which,  kids have not done anything productive but engaged with the idiot box all day long may also feel unnecessary irritation and become restless by the end of the day…  Also keeping them engaged through some creative stuff is a good way of distraction.
Diwali holidays were utilized well, as Pairents we let our elder son enjoy the festival through rangolis, Diya painting,  cleaning the house,  encouraging his involvement in the basic house chores.
Small initiatives like these and an involvement encouraging surrounding is all that the kids need.  It keeps them going and helps Pairents to schedule their day well.
Hence strictly follow the mantra of Eat, Sleep, Play,  Repeat for your little ones to keep them healthy mentally and physically…..
Cheers!
